You ring or send the form, and we arrange a look. On site we get up where access allows and put the drone over anything steep, tall or awkward. Then you get a written quote, normally within 24 hours, itemised so that access, materials, leadwork, ventilation, making good and waste removal each sit on their own line. It is valid for 90 days, so there is time to think, compare or wait for the next payday. If a repair will do instead of a replacement, that option is in the quote too, priced alongside, with our recommendation and the reasoning behind it.
